• A number you think is wrong. We check every affected row against the source data before changing anything.
• Using our data. Questions about the printable tape, the charts or linking to the site.
• Privacy questions or requests. Our privacy policy explains why there is usually nothing to export or delete.

What helps us respond faster

If your email is about a fit report, include: the brand and model, the size the site suggested, the size you ordered, your head measurement, and how the hat actually sat. If it is about a chart, paste the number and the page URL. Screenshots are welcome.

What to expect

• Email only. We're a small independent site; there is no phone or postal support.
• No marketing. We don't collect email addresses, so nothing you send us puts you on a list.
